Salcombe, Sunday 14 June

Colin and I planned to dive on the paddle steamer wreck off Salcombe.

We wound up a little short of the wreck in a gully at about 20 meters with a couple of Cuckoo wrasse coming over to see what we were doing.

As we set off along the gully a Thornback Ray descended in front of us and settled on the bottom for a moment before swimming off.

We finished off the dive by drifting along with the current before ascending.

Once back on the boat the dive was topped off by the appearance of a Sun fish (Mola mola) alongside.
